General TOS
My art is personal use only. This means that it is forbidden to use my art for commercial purposes or for profit unless discussed otherwise.
I retain all rights to my artwork. This means I might post it on any of my socials, livestream the progress, use it as an example in my carrd, etc.
You can repost the original artwork, use it as icons / banners as long as visible credit to me (@4004) as the artist is given.
Please contact me if you wish to edit the art, I still must receive credit even if the art is edited.
It is forbidden to resell my designs for more than they were purchased, with the exception of having extra art added to them.
I may refuse any commission that I do not want to do or do not feel comfortable doing. I do not owe a reasoning for refusing.
Do not use my work for hate crimes, pro-shipping etc..
Payment TOS
All payments are to be done in USD, upfront. Payment plans are available and can be discussed. I would request a minimum of 50% of the price upfront and the rest be done as it goes along.
Once I have finished the sketch I will ask for approval before starting the lineart and colours. I can make minor modifications for free, but fees may be added if you ask me for too many major changes or complete redos.
Turnaround time can vary greatly from a few weeks to a couple of months. Please be patient and alert me beforehand if it is a rush order.
Additional fees will be applied for the commercial rights, rush orders or for me to not use the art anywhere.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact me about it and we will talk it through. I will not issue any refunds to pieces that are completed or nearly complete.
I do not work under time limits, It stresses me out and causes me to lose motivation
Trading, Selling, Gifting TOS (Adopts)
$ You can resell my designs for the value they were purchased at, as well as commissioned art and personal art.
Free/Gifted designs can not be traded or resold unless they have extra art.
You CAN'T SELL MY DESINGS FOR MONEY/USD if you have got them in a trade or FOR FREE with NO additional art added.
Edits to the design are allowed, but still need to credit me for the original design.
You are allowed to make them into any closed species, just make sure to credit me.
You must credit me for the design
My adopt do not come with commercial rights, If you would like to use them for commercial reasons please contact me.
